Ceylon Vault

Certification

Documented in full. Released with care.

Every stone in the vault is reviewed by an independent gemmological laboratory before it is presented. This is the framework used to protect both the piece and the buyer.

Redacted laboratory certificate under examination

01

Independent laboratory review

Each stone is submitted to a recognised laboratory for identification, origin analysis where relevant, and treatment disclosure. We do not rely on in-house grading.

02

Masked public metadata

Public listings display the variety, weight, colour, cut, and treatment status. Certificate numbers and report imagery remain controlled.

03

Verification of buyer

Identity and jurisdictional review is conducted under standard KYC and AML procedures for individuals, trade counterparties, and family offices alike.

04

Release under NDA

Unmasked reports, high-resolution imagery, and supporting assets are released under a signed viewing agreement to verified buyers only.

Continuing responsibility

A certificate is a beginning, not a receipt.

Ceylon Vault stands behind every disclosure made at the time of sale. If a later review calls a finding into question, we resubmit at our own cost and treat any material discrepancy as grounds for full recourse.
